That’s what it’s for. The speakers are thin and flat and sit inside the fabric, so there’s nothing hard to press into your ear. You can turn right over, put the whole side of your face on the pillow, and feel nothing digging in.

93% modal and 7% elastane. Modal is a soft fabric made from beech pulp: it’s softer than cotton and moves moisture away from your skin instead of holding it, and the elastane gives it a gentle stretch.

It’s one size, and the band is soft and stretchy (93% modal, 7% elastane), so it sits comfortably without being tight.

Yes — a spare band is £6.99: one for the wash, one for tonight. You can add it when you order the Unwind & Sleep Kit.

Yes — the Clementine app on your phone plays the session. The card just makes it quicker: unlock your phone, tap the card and press play, with no scrolling or searching at bedtime. And if you’re away without your cards, you can play any session you own straight from the app.

Unlock your phone, hold the card against the back of it for a second and press play. On an iPhone, hold it near the cameras; on Android, near the middle, and check NFC is switched on. See the video guides.

Where a session has a five-minute preview, you can play it on its page, in your browser, without buying anything or making an account.

The session isn’t lost with it: every session you own is in your library in the Clementine app, so you can play it from there any time. If you’d still like a card, get in touch and we’ll send you another at no cost. You just pay the postage.

No. A card you own is yours: nothing to renew, and you can pass one to your sister.

You pay a £15.00 deposit per kit today. At the end of November we email you a bill for the rest (£39.99 per kit, plus delivery and any extras), due by 1 December. Your kit ships as soon as it’s paid, and no later than Monday 7 December if it’s paid on time.

Yes. The deposit is fully refundable. Email hello@clementineapp.co.uk before your kit ships and we’ll refund it in full.

Yes. Cards on their own are sent straight away and paid in full. Cards added to an Unwind & Sleep Kit pre-order go in the kit’s box and on its final bill, with no extra postage.

By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, through our payment provider Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Yes. Tick “It’s a gift” in your basket and give her address at checkout. There are no prices in the parcel, just your note if you add one.

UK addresses only: England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Not yet to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, BFPO or overseas.

The Unwind & Sleep Kit, and anything ordered with it, goes by Royal Mail Tracked 48 for £3.95. Cards and packs on their own go as a letter, however many you order: £0.91 second class, £1.80 first class, or £3.80 first class tracked. Delivery is never free: we’d rather show you the postage up front than hide it in the price.

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, and 14 more to send it back. Return postage is yours, and we refund the price and the original delivery within 14 days of getting it back. Delivery & returns.

Email us within 30 days for a full refund, including return postage, or a replacement. After that, the band has a one-year guarantee, and your legal rights continue.
