Delivery

• UK only. We deliver to England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Not yet to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, BFPO or overseas.
• Cards and packs on their own go by Royal Mail as a letter, however many you order, and you choose in your basket: £0.91 second class, £1.80 first class (both untracked), or £3.80 first class tracked. Delivery is never free: we’d rather show you the postage up front than hide it in the price.
• The Unwind & Sleep Kit (and anything ordered with it) goes by Royal Mail Tracked 48, £3.95 per order, tracked all the way. Cards in the same order come in the same parcel at no extra cost.
• Pre-orders ship as soon as your final bill is paid (due by 1 December 2026), and no later than Monday 7 December 2026 if it’s paid on time. Other orders usually leave us within 2 working days.
• Gifts: tick “It’s a gift” and we’ll send it to her address, with no prices in the parcel and your note if you add one.

Changing your mind

You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind. Email hello@clementineapp.co.uk with your name and order details, then send it back within 14 days to:

Return postage is yours to pay (we recommend a tracked service). We’ll refund the price and the original delivery charge within 14 days of getting it back.

Pre-order deposits are fully refundable any time before your kit ships: just email us.

If something’s wrong

If your kit arrives faulty or damaged, or it’s not what you ordered, email us within 30 days for a full refund, including return postage, or a replacement. After that, the band has a one-year guarantee, and your legal rights continue.
